BRANDON SILVERA

Brandon Silvera, GK Director of Coaching, is a native of Jamaica where he also grew up before moving to the United States in the early 2010s. During his youth, Brandon played at the top level that the Jamaican youth club level provided, playing in for many nationally ranked teams and tournaments. In 2012, Brandon moved to the United States to play collegiate soccer and even played in the USL Premier Development League for a spell with Chicago Inferno. While in college, Brandon was named All-Conference and All-Region, but injury sidelined Brandon which steered him to his future career as a youth soccer coach with KICS FC. In 2018, Brandon joined Tiger Goalkeeping Academy's staff helping the program expand more into the city of Chicago. In 2020, Brandon begun his first collegiate coaching role as the assistant/GK Coach for Olivet Nazarene University Men's Soccer Program.

As one of the staff members from TGA that has also merged with SPNG Academy, Brandon is excited to continue in his pursuit to keep training and developing goalkeepers and help them move on to the next level. Through SPNG Brandon wants to not only help further the goalkeepers that come into the program, but also extend his knowledge as a quality coach.
